  • Summary: First – a caveat. I purchased from Best Buy not Amazon (in case I needed instant service or return). That out of the way… Windows 8.1. No problems, amazingly enough. Love the screen size, convenience, and speed right out of the box. I had to knock it down a few stars because I simply cannot keep the touch screen operating. (I know what you are thinking – operator error. Not.) It (touch) works, life is grand, I see singing birds, butterflies, etc. then… nada.

I love the space that is saved by having an all ...

  • Summary: Some things are a little quirky and different than my old computer with a separate tower. I love the space that is saved by having an all in one because I just prefer to have a work station at my desk and not a laptop. My desk area is so much more roomy and looks more organized.

Too many problems

  • Summary: I have purchased HP products for many years without complaint. But this unit is an exception. Yes, the picture is beautiful and bright, and the mouse unit works perfectly with the computer. But the touch screen has caused me many a headache. It has frozen four times. Calls to India (HP tech support) have had mixed results. Moreover, the keyboard is cheap and difficult. And the Mail app is giving me one hell of a time.

  • Summary: I bought 3 of these and regret it. I have had troubles off and on with them. You definitely cannot use them for any serious gaming. Every time I have a Windows update my computer starts glitching out on me.

Hp support

  • Summary: My touch screen stopped working. It came with a 90 tech support number. I called it and they wanted to charge me a one time fix charge of $99. to fix it. I told them it was under warranty. They said if it was a software problem I had to pay for the fix. This was after only having it for 2 weeks. They should have fixed it! I ended up fixing it myself. There support needs to be improved.They will have plenty of time to start charging after the warranty is up.

Poor Customer Service

  • Summary: My satisfaction with this product has been soured because of HP's poor customer service. I had barely removed the unit from its packing and set it up until I had problems with it. I called HP twice and each time I was told they could sure help me but in order to do so, I had to "subscribe" to their repair service for a full year at the the rate on "only" $14.95 per month. To me, that translates to $179.40 to get help for a brand new computer. Not happening!!!

It's a miserable product

  • Summary: I have had mine for about a month, and already have had to replace the hard drive once and reinstall the software at least three times. It takes 10 minutes to get to the start screen because it is so slow getting there. That is if I am lucky enough to get there because I keep getting the "no boot disk has been detected or the disk has failed" error message.
