Slow, poor video card, unable to repair by yourself.

Summary: Not a bad computer if you don't have space for anything. It works if you need simple, however, anything aside normal web browsing just doesn't work right. The webcam is permanently pointed at the ceiling so it can't see you unless you're standing in front of it. Randomly the display would flash blank and take a few seconds to restore. Also, it's impossible to obtain repair parts, any damage will be required by HP to be sent back to them for repairs.

Summary: This product freezes frequently which makes it difficult to get any work done. It's only been three months of purchasing item and having multiple problem software and hardware issues. Does not come with any Office products or antivirus software. HP customer service is not in the US and a frustrating process trying to redeem the manufacture warranty because of the agent's language barrier. I need to have this product replace.

Summary: Approximately two months after owning (as a secondary computer used lightly), the computer powered off while I was using (attached to a surge suppressor). I knew this wasn't good. There was still power from the wall (a little light on back of computer where power cord connects). After close to an hour on support with HP doing silly "tests", they are having me send the entire computer back.
Summary: Days after my husband passed away this summer my old compiter crashed. I purchaesed a new laptop with Windows 8. Trying to learn a new operating system proved too much for me I gave up several days later and just shut it down. Then I ordered this new all-in-one. From the get-go I fell in love. I had it out of the box and started the process of setup by myself. It is fast, light enough that I can move it by myself and the resolution on the monitor is terrefic.
Summary: I wish I could be more positive. Whether HP, my IP (Cox), McAfee (provided by Cox) or MS is the chief cause, the computer is too slow for a Quad I5 with 8 Gb memory out of the box with no added software. Don't think I am much at fault since I basically followed set-up instructions/suggestions. Can't download videos without interruptions for catch up, IE back button first click often not recognized .
Summary: Although I'm enjoying my computer and learning Windows 8...it is running a little slow, takes a few minutes to load after starting and I have had to restart it a few times. I wasn't happy that it did not come with a manual but again...I'm enjoying my computer.
Summary: Awful, just awful support! Out of the box I had to call the 800 tech support because the layout was hard to figure out, and that linked me to India. She barely spoke english, refused to answer my questions until I went through a ton of registration confirmation, and then after literally 10 minutes told me she did not really know this product and had to put in a support ticket. Lame.
