Summary: I bought this computer about a year ago. It's great for multi-tasking and has not been sluggish at all. We've found no problems with it and it actually replaced our TV (we just started watching things online). I can happily say I have no complaints about it! My daughter is a very tech-savvy person who has programmed computers in the past and she had picked this computer out for me given my budget.
Summary: So far so good... it runs well, is pretty fast, and I am starting to get used to Windows 7... I have a lot to learn about all the features, but it was easy to put together, and I like the all-in-one look (stolen from Mac, of course; my Mac is now sitting next to this computer, one white and one black, and you can hear the occasional Microsoft/Macintosh snarl... but I have to say this computer is easy to use.
Summary: I did a lot of reseach for this computer purchase and liked the design of the 200. I had owned a number of Dell computers in the past, but this seemed to be the best next step to take. Oh, I wish I hadn't. While the machine boasts a solid processor and internal memory, it's the most sluggish thing I've had in front of me since I taught sophomores.
Summary: I COMPLETELY agree with another reviewer in that I have never had a less stable machine than my HP puchase. (HP 200-5380 Quad) Nearly daily I too get the "blue screen of death", unprovoked shut downs, or "deep sleeps" that won't reawaken the computer with any amount of mouse jiggling or keyboarding. In less than 6 months have gone through 3 replacement/repaired systems. I DID NOT purchase the system from Amazon. My experiences with Amazon have only been delightful.
Summary: I have three problems with this computer, not all of which are HP's fault. 1. After I began using it at a desk, I realized how much I had enjoyed using my laptop in my recliner and how nice portability is in a computer. 2. The wireless USB adapter didn't work right, causing the mouse and the keyboard to be inoperable. I spent hours on the phone with HP trying to resolve the problem.
Summary: Easiest set-up I've ever had! Fast processing, tons of storage room, and takes up little space without all the wires. It not only looks good, it performs well. I have had this computer for several weeks now and so far, so good! I work with three huge graphics programs and tons of pictures, but it hasn't shown any signs of slowing down, yet.
Dissappointed with hardware failure within first week of ownership
Linsey Mac, Amazon

Summary: Alright - so I really want to be able to write a good review but I can't yet... and it has only been made worse that HP wouldn't allow this to post on their website due to 'inappropriate language' probably because I addressed their service issues and the website actually says it won't post reviews on service issues. I didn't purchase this product on Amazon but I did purchase additional software here. My HP was purchased directly from the HP website.
Summary: Simplest set-up imaginable. Very sleek design and delivers on everything promised. My only complaint would be the web camera, which is not easily adjustable to capture my little ones when they are sitting at the computer and trying to Skype with their grandparents. Easily resolved by plugging in our old webcam. Our whole household loves it and our parents have recently purchased the same unit for their household. Definitely a recommended buy.
Summary: In order to save space I bought a laptop over 2 years ago, I hated it from day one. The keyboards on laptops are basically all the same, flat and easy to make typos. Also, the 15.6 inch screen for someone over 40 is way too small. I didn't want to go back to the way of desktop with those annoying towers and wires and I didn't want to spend a fortune or buy a 17.3 laptop.
