Summary: I bot my HP Computer directly from HP along with a 4 YEAR HP HOUSE CALL WARRANTY. Two years later I made my first call for warranty service. India answered, transferred me to a native English speaker who tried to sell me warranty service I had already paid for. He also told me I would need proof I had purchased the warranty, when I called back. I dug out the 2 year old sales order and called back.

Summary: I am a pc user of more than 25 years; my first purchase was an IBM XT. I purchased a hp m8430 desktop system from Amazon several years ago for around $700. I had recently decommissioned a Compaq laptop that I had been delighted with. It lasted six years. I had used other HP products and was a loyal customer, based on their performance. The desktop was trouble from the start. I complained to customer service the day the warrantee ran out, and they would not honor it.
Summary: My son was so excited upon receiving his computer and in a few minutes disappointed after learning his computer was not working- We contacted HP immediately the same day and they gave a step by step instruction how to set up the computer. In the end the computer still doesn't work.
Summary: What a disapointment. I was excited to recieve this, only to find out that I cannot get it to boot up properly, and absolutely no backup software included. Why on earth would someone sell a non-functional PC. At a minimum, state in the ad that software is not included. I do not even no where to start trouble shooting this....spending $100's more to take it to Geek Squad at Best Buy, or waste more of my time returning it.

Summary: not happy at all with it had to shipp back to them for it did not work,and it need to be repaired.also it don,t have good ifo on how to use it,i can't belive a co that big would put out a pc with detail ifo on how to use it.sure that Amazon need,s to find out why they put someing this bad.
