  • Summary: This is one of the most practical products i have ever buy. I can work in any place of my house either with the wireless keayboard or just using the screen/touch keayboard. My children love it for playing and it has prove itself that can manage 8 year old kid abuse.

vnguyen6, Hewlett-Packard
23 August 2014
  • Summary: The quality assurance is really bad. I ordered one with solid state hard drive. When I turned it on, a hard drive failure error displayed. Got a replacement, the battery does not charge.

Good, not great.

BryanWhitaker, Amazon

  • Summary: I suppose the term "desktop" threw me because I was expecting it to be a little more complete. Let me say first that this is a great item. The screen is vibrant and the sound is great. It's easy to use once you get used to it. It's nice to have the option to take it to another room if need be, lay it flat or even have on a trip. That being said, I bought this for my wife and it's a bit heavy. She tends to just leave it in one room.

Nice Ginormous Tablet

CDWil, Hewlett-Packard
9 February 2014
  • Summary: I purchased this because of the portability and use it like a tablet. A heavy tablet!! I am new to Windows 8 but am learning more all the time. I purchased a book, Windows 8 Digital Classroom and it has helped me a lot. There is still a lot that I don't understand but this is making it enjoyable to learn. My biggest gripe is that HP does not make a case for this. I am looking for one that unzips all the way , 3 sides, so I can actually leave it in the case while using.

  • Summary: Love the idea of a 'Super Big Tablet' but would have been better with an HD screen. The stand works great in any position.

Great for family game time

Makobi Scribe, Amazon
23 September 2013
  • Summary: My kids love playing with the Rove on the floor. It is kind of heavy to tote on an airplane, but it is easily transported around the house. The Rove is big enough to watch movies on with a crystal clear picture. I love how adaptable it is to the space it occupies. The battery is pretty decent. It is about 4 to 5 hours. I would recommend this PC for a family, college student, single parent or family of 30!
