Summary: I own a business providing sales and service of Servers, Computers, and Business Telephone systems. Last year my business spent over $50,000.00 on HP products for our customers. We have been exclusively HP for a number of years at this point.
Summary: This has been a great computer for the home. I haven't had any problems with it and I have had it for a year Now. I really like that it is like a desktop but super portable that I can move it room to room. It really isn't that heavy either.
Like product, extremely unsatisfied with HP Support

Summary: Seller has been great, product is great BUT the hard drive failed on day 4 and HP Support is THE WORST. On hold for over an hour, transferred multiple times, their systems down for an entire business day, no follow-through. SO FRUSTRATING.
Summary: HORRIBLE computer, and bad service. Fan grinds, ports break, and poor service. I bought one of these over a year ago. Since then, I've returned it twice to where I bought it, because the internal fan eventually wears and becomes incredibly noisy (meaning you will hear a constant grinding sound).
Beautiful screen. Large, fast drive configuration. Can be run on battery power! A superb value.

Summary: I gave this 5 stars for being good at what it is - a cost-effective, versatile, AIO DTR. It is NOT a high-power computer designed for serious graphics and games, but it doesn't cost nearly as much, either. Good: Beautiful 20"screen.
Summary: I simply love this think seriously... you can literally put it in your lap and just play video games, watch a movie, browse... I have to say never being a big fan of windows 8 but this think is so cool that I really don't care, the portable aspect of it is amazing 20"...
