Summary: This machine has been problematic. I've spent at least six hours on the phone with the HP people and am finally up and running. However, I am still having problems. Frankly at this point, I'm not sure how much is the machine and how much is Windows 8.1.

Summary: I purchased the HP ENVY 700-200Z from EZ digital (tax free). Upon arrival my 'COMPUTER' was defective, constantly freezing, trouble loading pages. This 'COMPUTER' was clearly 'DEFECTIVE'! I finally returned it. I paid 40 dollars shipping , 42 dollars to ship it back.
Summary: Was a great computer! Key word was! It's been only 7 months since I purchased this junk from amazon, and all the fans have failed the wifi card has failed and occasionally I get the blue screen of death!

Summary: I am an average user with 18 plus years on computers. I have had my new computer for about a month. The speed is excellent and the quietness is unbelievable. The only problem I have had so far is that the front panel sliding dust door vibrates and makes a vibrating buzzing sound; similar to hair...
