Summary: Had this computer for a year. A decent mid-range computer. Nice flat screen, which is good for creating large documents that include graphics. No problems with the computer freezing, randomly shutting down, or becoming excessively slow. It's a good workhorse, but with one exception. The wifi card in this computer is horrible.
Summary: I purchased a new Rove and found the screen would not respond to touch. As I continued to set it up thinking it was part of the set up, circles kept appearing in the center of the screen. It was as if a key on the keyboard was stuck. After spending a couple of hours downloading new drives and attempting to calibrate, I contacted HP and they wanted to repair it and send it back. Will be returning it.
Summary: All things considered, not a bad desktop replacement. First, go read the system specifications. Know, before you purchase this, that you aren't buying a high-end gaming system, you aren't buying something for AutoCAD. You're buying a granny computer, or a play station for your kids (not the Sony kind). This computer will be perfectly acceptable if it's what you are looking for, just don't expect it to be those things.
