Summary: Had this computer for a year. A decent mid-range computer. Nice flat screen, which is good for creating large documents that include graphics. No problems with the computer freezing, randomly shutting down, or becoming excessively slow. It's a good workhorse, but with one exception. The wifi card in this computer is horrible.
Summary: I love this computer!!! I am complete satisfied with my purchase!! We have family nite with the 4 kids on the computer now.. they love monopoly!!! Great for doing my college work, pictures, videos.., battery last forever!!!
Summary: I I bought this item at a lower price from another company with an offer of free software. But it came defective. So I sent it back and had a hard time getting all my money back. My wife said I shouuld have ordered from Walmart. Why did 't you order it from Walmart? So I ordered one from Walmart and I haven't had any problems. Everything works great and it really sounds great through the headphones. But the speakers aren't that loud.
Summary: I'm very pleased with my new computer. It combines desktop capacity with laptop mobility. Touchscreen adds a lot of options - I could work without glasses now. I didn't get all advantages of Windows 8, because I purchased it recently, hope enjoy it soon. Walmart Site to Store option was great for me, I received within a few days, way before planned date. I will definitely use it again.
Summary: It's awesome, screen is huge, which is what I wanted, you can either use the wireless mouse that comes with it, or it's a touchscreen, so whatever your preference. I've only had it a couple of days, but so far, I'm in love-and a great price!
Summary: I did soo much research before I bought this. This was the best computer I could find for the price. I love it though it came in on time. Touch screen camera and speakers all work great. And it showed up right on time.
Summary: After 4 months of buying it new (from Best buy) the hard drive was replaced because it could never read discs (dvds). This problem was fixed until recently. Then, the internet was funky. After a few weeks of the comp disconnecting from the internet by itself and crashing when I play a movie, I call Hp support. Yesterday the guy tells me that since the internet is unstable, my last option is to reset it to factory settings.
Summary: I purchased a new Rove and found the screen would not respond to touch. As I continued to set it up thinking it was part of the set up, circles kept appearing in the center of the screen. It was as if a key on the keyboard was stuck. After spending a couple of hours downloading new drives and attempting to calibrate, I contacted HP and they wanted to repair it and send it back. Will be returning it.
