Summary: I would most likely not order again from NewEgg.
Pros: The cost was low and we were able to buy 4 CPU's, with Keyboard and mouse. We also bought 4 LED screens and 5 USB headsets. We had them sent with Windows 7 and a copy of Office that allows up to 5 computers to use that copy.
Cons: Of the 4 we ordered one did not work right out of the box and we were given an RMA immediately, It came back in worse condition, in that hardware was now broken as well. A second one quit after only 1 week, it was sent back and we are now down to 2 units working and two in the shop.
Summary: They price is OK, but if you buy one hopefully you get it in less than 7 days and hopefully they techs who fix it up are not idi@ts and let it go out with problems because you may not have what you need or even know how to fix it and you will have to send it back.
Cons: I ordered one, only to find 6 days later that newegg or wherever they get these pcs from didn't ship my computer after I bought it. I had to get newegg to cancel my order. Then I had to buy another one. Tie up even more money. Then when I finally got the computer it sounded like a helicopter taki...
Summary: The description said 2 GB of RAM and Windows 7 64b and that it was "like new". That is not what I received and when I inquired they said it was 1 GB of RAM and 32b Windows 7. What is below is copied from their add.
Summary: This tower came wrapped in bubble wrap only around it one way with the front and back exposed. The keyboard was stuffed in the box next to the exposed back. The front was not protected. It arrived with the keyboard crushed on one end and the frame of the tower broken/cracked on the other.
Summary: The computer itself is fine, but it came with Windows 7 installed rather than XP as the seller claims. I wanted an XP machine to run older software (I've already got a Win7 machine), and while I have an XP disk I can use to re-install the OS I want, it is irritating that the seller is promoting...
