Summary: This computer is so much faster than my old hp pavilion. It comes with generic mouse and keyboard, and Windows 7 pro service pack 1. The original Windows 7 CD it came with it was 64-bit, while the program running was 32-bit. Their service was excellent. They will literally talk to you till you don't solve every issue. They offered to send me correct CD; but I opted to install 64-bit. Works great.
Summary: This machine purchased as replacement for same make and model that had died. Now have much faster unit, more memory, higher capacity hard drive for less than paid for original unit. Shipment arrived after only 4 days and one of those was a Sunday. Bottom side of case is a bit scuffed but who cares.
Summary: After several conversations with Craving Savings, and multiple shipments of odd parts to try to fix the first one, they finally sent me out a whole new computer. The second computer seems to be working fine. So, although I had some scarey moments on whether I bought a "lemon", this company stood by thier warrenties and made it all better.
Summary: I bought this box to replace a Win XP machine for my 82 year old mom. Win 7 was a requirement as it has a UI more like XP than Win 8. Used primarily for email and a bit of web surfing. It has been excellent for that task.
Summary: I ordered this desktop for a friend who needed a basic computer and he is pleased with it so far. It's fine for the money but I would pay a little more and get a more recently manufactured machine if ordering for myself.
Summary: It is a Vista updated to Windows 7. S-o-o much faster than the old, still reliable Gateway Windows XP I bought back in 2005 (now is Feb. 2014). The 6GB memory just fine. I did some kind of system rating where it checks and rates components/capacities on 1-7 pt scale. All were near the top. Graphics rated lowest, but I've already done trial runs on the few favorite games I enjoy (slots on Facebook), and I have no complaints. Very happy with this purchase.
