Summary: I ordered a computer with Windows Pro. so expecting it to have Word and Excel. The computer had neither. I could have gotten a less expensive Home version without Word and Excel. My computer came infected. It is hard to access Internet Explorer and Google is useful but plagued with popups. My overall satisfaction is very low.
Summary: This computer has been the first good refurb I've ever bought. Bought many before and all no good. This one works like a brand new computer and have had no issues. great specifications for a worker from home like myself.
Summary: Great PC for the price. So much faster than my old HP. Pleasantly surprised that it came with Windows 7 Pro. I'm using the keyboard that came with the PC as it's smaller than my others & fits my hands well. Packaged well, very clean inside & out. Loaded with Win 7 Pro & that's it. Absolutely no junk ware. Set up went smoothly. Very pleased with purchase.
Summary: This is my first experience with an off lease product and I am quite pleased so far. The unit I received looks practically new. The interior is clean and dust free. The keyboard and mouse both look and work as if new. This has been a good experience. I would recommend this option to anyone looking for an economical way to get more computer for their dollar.
Summary: I needed this computer for my home based recording system, particularly because the program that I use works best with Windows 7 (64 bit). It is a refurbished unit and looks and runs perfectly. I have been using the computer for 2 months now and it is exactly what I needed and wanted. Very fast processor and more than enough storage even for the large music files that I work with.
I am very happy with my HP Compaq dc5800 Microtower PC Desktop

Summary: I needed to replace my XP desktop, that crashed, because I have much invested in XP soft and hardware which will not operate in Windows 7 and up; upgrading didn't make sense to me in time and cost. The HP I purchased is quite adequate for my needs; it met my expectations and then some. Everything works great and smoothly. There is nothing about it that I dislike even though it is eight years old XP desktop technology.
