Summary: the usb keyboard that shipped with this system only worked through the back usb ports not front usb ports. the active management technology interface seemed to reassign its resources to com 4 port which never worked. tried system scan for updated driver.
Summary: This computer would have been great if it had worked out of the box. The system was super slow and froze multiple times in the first couple of minutes that I tried to set it up. I took it to a local repair place and they found all of the drivers to be WAY out of date (2006-2010).

Summary: These computers are terrible. I bought 24 for a business application and ALL of them have failed. Some have blue screen of death because the BOIS has a bug, others randomly shut off because of video card problems. Some restart every 5 minutes for no known reason.
