Summary: Not a bargain at all... first, be sure you know this is a REFURBISHED machine... which I missed somewhere in the fine print. Next, when we received the machine, Windows came up, and then hung while trying to download updates. Three customer support calls later, we discovered the company had misconfigured the video card... This hurdle cleared, Windows 7 actually seemed to be working, and the next step was to download MS Office... which wouldn't load.
Summary: I have read the review policies, and am not sure if this will pass, as it may be seen as criticism, however, it is not meant as a dig, it is meant as a means to ensure Newegg the best possible potential for continued orders of these devices.
Pros: HP Business quality device's are always a winning choice.
Cons: The refurbishing company needs to pay attention to detail, and do a full system inspection and cleaning. My "refurb" was basically just set up with the new OS and sticker, and boxed up.
