Summary: I was very satisfied with the speed in which I recieved my order. Was able to pick up within only a week after ordering. However, literally only had this refurbished HP for about a month, and now it will not even boot. Will turn on, but will not continue on with the booting process.
Summary: I received an invalid product key and was unable to activate windows. Now that I have it all set up I will have to pack it back up and return it. I spent several hours on the phone with Microsoft but was unable to resolve the issue
Summary: After reading many statements on how this computer was restored to new condition, I was very disappointed to find I could not get any sound to come through the speakers. It must have had a bad sound card...Returned it.
