Summary: Less than a year old, used for photoshop only...less than 1,000 hours. DEAD, DEAD, DEAD. AND I HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP IT TO THEM. Have these people no conscience? They obviously don't care about their reputation, they will just take your money and sell a black box of dodo with a piece of glass covering up the dodo inside. DO NOT give this company your business.
Summary: I also bought this computer 2 yeas ago and had it sent for repair within the 1st year as it would not turn on. it was sent back with "Nothing found". It worked for 3 to 4 days and then it began again with us unable to turn on the unit. I called Gateway again and they wanted me to send it back for a second time to repair.
Summary: I too bought a Gateway from Best Buy and now shopping for new one.This all in one did not last 2 yrs and now they want to charge me $300+ to repair it.Screw both of them.No more business from me.
Summary: My husband and I bought an 'all-in-one' less then two years ago. So far the mother board had to be replaced and now we have it in for service a second time for another image problem. Best Buy is not authorized to work on these computers, so if you have any problem with it at all, it will take a week to send it back, two weeks to fix it, and another week till it's returned to your store. Last service call took 2 months! This is my second Gateway computer.
