  • Summary: This computer is perfect for us. It arrived as advertised, popped out of the box along with easy to understand instructions and was operating wireless in minutes -- without calling for tech support. Unbelievably easy! The 23" screen is the best I have ever seen. Clean and sharp without any distortion. The response speed is wonderful. No waiting for the internet. The built-ins complete a package that we are exploring. I would buy another in a heartbeat.
  • Pros: Adequate Storage, Easy To Setup, Easy To Use, Fast, Great Software Bundle, Quality Accessories, Reliable Performance, Sleek Design

  • Summary: Did not include necessary tv adapter cable. Contacted gateway support on simple wifi issue, without any investigation told to contact pay support. Ready to ask for RA and ship it back. Spent 2 hours with another PC mfg recently on a wifi issue, no cost. Something is wrong with this picture.
  • Pros: Adequate Storage

  • Summary: I've had the Gateway just over a week and am very satisfied. The all-in-one design was a big draw to help clear our desk of clutter and tangles of USB cables. The wireless feature means we can connect to our wireless network (or poach from a neighbor if ours is down) and run one less cable to the desk. We also bought a wireless network printer and tucked it in a cabinet- further clearning our desk space.
  • Pros: Adequate Storage, Easy To Setup, Easy To Use, Fast, Quiet, Sleek Design, Wireless
  • Cons: Lacks Documentation
