  • Pros: Can't beat this system for the price. I bought this to replace my ageing 4 year old Gateway since it was so reliable and such a work horse. It's fast. Plenty of storage. I've run so far F.e.a.r, Bioshock, and Call of Duty 4 at evey single thing maxed and HD resolution and it ran everything smooth...

User Review

  • Summary: I hopefully wont notice the Phenom 9600 bug I've read about. It apparently only occurs with very heavy multi-tasking so I've read. I've only had mine for a couple hours, but was bored and did a lot of homework on this system. I'll be buying Bioshock shortly. :)
  • Pros: Fast CPU. Very very quiet. Great gaming specs for its price.
  • Cons: I'm not a huge fan of the mouse it came with. The buttons are harder to press if your hand isn't very huge.

Also this machine will support Hardware RAID, and I have overclocked this to 2.5Ghz Stable with the stock cooling (I was...
  • Pros: Quad-Core, 8800GT (Evga Edition), TV Card, Nice Case Style, Excellent Support via Gateway. Im very impressed with this computer and Next Year when I upgrade it will be another FX.
  • Cons: None worth knocking the machine for. BTW. If you hit 'CTRL-F1' while in the BIOS 'hidden' options will appear.
