Can't create back up discs - terrible customer service!!!!

Summary: I got this computer less than 2 months ago. Gateway has issues with this computer in that you are unable to create your back up discs. (They are NOT included with the computer!) Gateway customer service is in India and if you do manage to get through, you can barely understand them. After everal hours of frustration through their live on-line chat and trying to work this out with their customer service reps, I am left frustrated!
Summary: In general, this hardware has performed well, as expected. This only concern I have is whether or not there are enough fans (2) to keep the system cool. I'm not an engineer so I may be concerned about nothing. With the CPU, RAM and HDD capacity in this machine, I has plenty of room to grow. Vista 64 is another issue altogether. I'm waiting for the release of Windows 7 to see if it is any better.
Pros: Adequate Storage, Easy To Setup, Easy To Use, Fast, Reliable Performance
