Gateway Support is lousy, system is not bad for the price

Summary: This is a nice system with good features for the price. The problem I have is a bad video card - reloaded the drivers from Gateway, ATI, and the system restore and still could not get it to work properly. It took two days for support to get back to me and their suggestion: Reload the drivers! I swear they don't read the email explaining the problem. So after that, the only option they would give is to send the whole system back.
