    Like 99% of other Gateway customers I bought the unit from an authorized Gateway distributor on the Internet. Support not provided via the distributors, but by Gateway themselves. Gateway however just says that I'd be voiding the warranty if I open the case (despite the fact that they advertise it for expansion possibilities ... disk, memory, etc. they still won't give customer (me) solution for opening the case without breaking
