Summary: Almost a year to the day I bought this model and the hard drive failed. This is a very unreliable computer so buyer beware. The more I learn about this DELL computer the more I'm surprised they ask so much for them. Now if I want to replace the hard drive I need to have it torn apart and the hard drive has to be removed from the board (no easy task) and it's orientation is not conducive to longevity, which is why it failed so quickly.
Summary: I received a refurb with a bad Hard Drive. The testing I have done on this Dell XPS One says that my hard drive may permanently fail at any time. I have to keep a Windows 8 disc loaded because the computer will not boot periodically, and I can only revive with the disc in place. I don't know whom to blame, and I emailed the vendor but never heard back.
Feature rich product but the wireless card is terrible

Summary: The product has a lot of great features, but if you're going to use the wireless card for connectivity you're in trouble. Dell wireless cards 1703 and 1704 do not work well. I stopped using my xps one after countless unsuccessful service calls. It's a very expensive paperweight.
Summary: I have a desktop that is several years old that was powerful but very large. Afer remodeling and wanting to regain some space I decided to consider an all in one machine. I went with this for the value and the historical experience I have had with other Dell products. The only thing close was the apple but the cost difference did not appeal to me.
Summary: I love the XPS 27 for its touch capabilities and awesome display, but there are some bugs that I find very annoying: The Microsoft Remote Desktop client doesn't work with these units which makes them an unwelcome PC to an office environment, also when you want to access your home PC. The unit is great however for the new windows 8 - 8.1 it has a great touchscreen and great resolution, the speed is also very good for what is basically a huge laptop.
