... big no no with past computer screens) I just love this one
MT138 "MT138", Amazon
28 December 2014
Summary: For a person who is always touching the screen (a big no no with past computer screens) I just love this one! Not too difficult to set up. The size of the screen is wonderful and the "guts" are incredibly small attached in back of the stand. All the rest of the detailed info is on the product description.
Have had two months and it is great! Quick response

Summary: Have had two months and it is great! Quick response, good color, easy to set up. Only problem I had was would come back on from sleep status until I did free upgrade to Windows 8.1 and no difficulty since.
Summary: I've had this computer only three days. Right out of the box it was a snap to set up. It helps when all you have to do is plug it in! By now my major programs are installed and data is downloaded and I'm finding it easy to use, fast, quiet, and nice looking. I'm not sure what all the kerfuffle about Windows 8 is. It's actually quite intuitive. I originally bought the iMac 21.5 (got talked into it at the store).
Summary: I purchased this very expensive item BRAND NEW for my Husband for Christmas 2013. The Hard drive died in it in September 2014. He didn't have anything important saved on it, thank God. Dell had bad warranty information so I had to spend hours trying to get Dell to correct THEIR error. The rep said he'd call me back on Monday. (NOT holding my breath.) The warranty dates are still showing that the warranty expired in April. Really? 5 month warranty?
Summary: I thought I purchased this with Windows 8.1 but it came with 8. I spent four days with Microsoft and Dell getting Windows 8.1 installed - I did NOT want a computer that was already outdated right out of the box (several apps would not work with 8, needed 8.1). We got 8.1 installed (once I removed the security software). Now I'm positively delighted with the computer, especially the touchscreen.
Summary: IT Professional here. I love love love my XPS system... I easily upgraded it to SSD and it's crazy fast, zero complaints. The screen is big enough that I don't need to bother with a second monitor like I'm used to.
