  • Remote KVM issue with T7500

    We have 2 systems at a customer facility. Both require a remote monitor, keyboard and mouse. The older system has a Dell 7400 workstation and the Black Box KVM works properly. The newer system is using a T7500 Workstation, The keyboard and mouse at the Remote station work properly, but the monitor does not show the desktop. If I take the remote monitor to the computer and plug it in to the back of the computer it works, and the Workstation shows that it sees the 2 Dell monitors, however once I plug the remote monitor back into the KVM the 2nd display appears as a KVM on the Workstation and the monitor goes black. Has anyone else experienced an issue with these new Workstations? I'm not positive, but I believe it may have something to do with the newer video card.
