Summary: One of the units had a bad onboard Ethernet port. Not worth the price paid. Newegg needs to dump this supplier. The only good thing is that with a lot of work we were able to resell these units.
Cons: We bought 3 of these units. The side panels have been spray painted. You can still smell the paint. The black plastic front and top parts have paint overspray that had to be compounded out. These were C grade units dressed up to look like B or A. What a disappointment.
Summary: Not a bad little computer, BUT I didn't receive what I paid for. Item description states: included keyboard and mouse. I didn't get this in my box. No keyboard or mouse, computer only came with power cable. Item description states: 4GB DDR2. This computer only has 3GB of RAM as reported in BIOS and physically checked inside to verify. One slot is empty. Item description states: Windows 7 Professional.
Summary: I purchased this unit 3 months ago. A reputable tech company is installing a new hard drive as we speak and restoring my data(fortunately, I backed up before crashing completely). Tech said there are several bad sectors on drive, and that the hard drive that the refurbishers put into this unit was, itself, refurbished. I expected a refurbished computer (it's modular, after all). But a refurbished hard drive is just asking for trouble.
Summary: I bought this from IT COM and was sent a 1.8 core 2 machine and not the one ordered. There was no power lead, no windows 7 licence and the restore disc was for a 64 bit not 32 bit so this would be no use either. Long story short I found IT COM to be not very professional and the PC would no longer boot into windows after a few days.
