Summary: This was the worst... I received e mails stating the item was in route, then the next day I was told it was delayed. When I e mailed Staples I received a "form" letter response. I will not use Staples again.
Summary: Shopped for an inexpensive desktop. Thought this Dell OptiPlex 760 would work great. It would not boot up. Tech support said it had a bad video card. Couldn't take it directly to a Staples store. Had to pack it up and send it back. They offered a replacement but I opted for a refund.
Summary: My experience was not good. Inefficient work on preparing the computer for sale, did not transfer old info from my old computer in a workable manner, had to ask for a refund due to lack of computer experience. Deseptive workmanship.
Summary: Returned first one due to inoperable video card. Returned second after finding pretzel in CD drive that would not work. NO QUALITY CONTROL I expect more from STAPLES. Complete waste of time buying refurbished.
