Summary: he computer works pretty well, except. When I try to read my emails, I keep hearing ads (can't see them, just hear them) for Tire Rack, Toys R us., Korean Air, Cadillac, Christmas ads, etc, It is very hard to read emails with this going on. I go to the Centurylink website to get my mail, I click on Mail and get my inbox. The ads seem to be coming from the page beneath the one I am on. It is driving me nuts.
Summary: I purchased this computer as a birthday present for my cousin in Winter Haven and had it sent to her. She said a part was loose and she read the warranty which says you have to mail in the computer to the refurbisher. She looked up the refurbisher online and found there were many complaints .against the company. She returned it to her local Walmart for refund. she will buy another computer with the money.

Summary: The tower and monitors were as promised. The brand new wireless keyboards and mouses are horribly cheap and only work correctly about 30% of the time. Even bought new batteries thinking this might be the issue. Nope. Pieces of crap.
Summary: It did not come with programs I thought was coming. I did had a great person on the help line, but waited 35 min to connect. I got windows 7 instead of 8 and no office. Can match any of the printers I have here to work with it either so now it just sits there.
Summary: I purchased the computer in June 2014. The computer runs a specific task and requires a specialist to come install the software on the computer. Fast forward to last week (Oct 2014). The Hard Drive failed. It is so dissapointing because we are at the cusp of updating our entire system (as you can tell, it's hanging by threads) but we are going to have to re call the service person ( 75 bucks an hour - I'm in the wrong industry) and have them reinstall the software.
