  • Summary: I purchased this computer because I thought it was a great price and I do not like Windows 8. Computer works good.. seems to make noise a lot. My biggest thing with this computer is. the graphics. When I first got it ..everything was fine..about 3 weeks ago all my graphics on my games became distorted and it doesn't matter what I do.. I can't get them right. Items are on top of other things. Faces are down right scary..

  • Summary: This computer broke in about 13 days. It was noisy from the first day I used it but worked okay until it broke. This makes me gunshy about buying any refurbished computer. Worse, I thought Wal-Mart waranteed this for a year but it's actually the refurbisher you have to deal with which defeats the purpose of dealing with a brick and mortar store. Wal-Mart does cover the first 15 days so I lucked out and got my money back.

  • Summary: I bought this refurbished Dell computer after my previous computer stopped working. The computer tech at a chain store near me, wanted nearly $300 to fix it so I decided to purchase the refurbished Dell computer from Walmart. It was much older than I was expecting and very slow and noisy when starting. I immediately installed an anti-virus. I bought the 64 bit model because I wanted to watch Netflix and it worked fine for that. Then the problems started.

  • Summary: The shipping, lack of order fulfillment on time as promised, and customer service (mostly bots), was terrible. I have had really good experiences with walmart.com's site-to-store shipping, even when fulfilled by secondary providers of goods. This was the worst experience ever- probably not walmart's fault, but the fault of Joy Systems. Let it be known and everyone interested in purchasing a "refurbished" computer from walmart.com, it will not be a complete computer.

  • Summary: Joy systems messed up and installed Windows 7 Pro on the machine that they sent me. When I tried to authenticate it I could not. I found out that the product key they gave me was just for Windows Home Premium which is what the computer should have been. Instead of taking the hit for their mistake it will now cost me time and effort as they say they will send me the Windows Home Premium and I must install it on my computer.

  • Summary: Was leery of the low price. Now I know why. My old computer was a 64 bit. This one is a 32 bit. The windows easy transfer program will not transfer 64 bit files to a 32 bit computer. I bought a portable hard drive and transferred files from old computer to portable hoping I could then pull them up on the new one. Same thing, 64 bit doesn't work on 32 bit computers. The computer does fair for internet, except that internet explorer stops working then restarts.
