Summary: I had this all in one Dell desktop computer since December 2013. Performance is OK for my home office needs. I do not like the way Dell try to have you update the computer and constantly ask you to buy their services. Dell's update is not as good as HP's update protocol.
Summary: we are having issues with the touch screen as others have reported. We also learned it does matter which USB plug is used in order for the keyboard and mouse to work properly. One of us likes the mouse and another felt it was too big.
Summary: So far, the Dell is great. I am still low on the learning curve with Win 8.1; however, the Dell tech support are really good....so far. Love the touch screen and the space not needing a tower gives me. Never had a Dell before; am pleased and got my money's worth.
Summary: Price was right to try an all in one computer. Windows 8.1- ugh. Luckily you can set the desktop somewhat close to XP. Speakers are surprisingly loud at 47%- a plus. Wireless keyboard + mouse- another plus.

Summary: Took some time to get used to the Windows environment but like all smartphones and tablets with app shortcuts, it actually isnt that bad to use. The Dell is my 5th PC in over 10+ years time and all have functioned with no issues.
