Summary: we are having issues with the touch screen as others have reported. We also learned it does matter which USB plug is used in order for the keyboard and mouse to work properly. One of us likes the mouse and another felt it was too big. Overall, we are enjoying the desktop and fumbling through learning what all it is capable of doing.
Summary: Price was right to try an all in one computer. Windows 8.1- ugh. Luckily you can set the desktop somewhat close to XP. Speakers are surprisingly loud at 47%- a plus. Wireless keyboard + mouse- another plus.
Summary: Computer works fine. Great large screen desktop. Unfortunately, it came with windows 8. I thought stepping up to Win 8 would be easy. Not so. My suggestion, go with Windows 7 and save yourself a lot of frustration. Other than the windows issue, this computer is a great bargain.
Summary: I got this as a used computer, in good condition, which is is. It arrived 2 days earlier than scheduled, which I was glad of, but I was disappointed that it didn't even come in the factory box, but the shipper was generous with the bubble wrap so it arrived in good condition thanks to FedEx. No instructions of any kind, and I was using Windows Vista on my last computer, but in about 10 minutes I was on the web, with the computer registered, and getting Windows updates.
