Summary: The computer is great looking and has a wonderful bright screen. The only big flaw is that it runs on Windows 8 which apparently has a number of kinks to be ironed out. I've had trouble with some of the communications programs such as Outlook which is still kind of confusing. I've had an IT expert working with me to set it up and now, weeks after its arrival, I'm still not totally confident in the operations. It does not have an instruction manual. Everything is online.
Good computer as received; great computer if you replace the OEM WiFi card

Summary: In general, I like this computer (2330io 2330T-5000BK 23-Inch All-in-One Touchscreen Desktop). Everything works sufficiently. The design is great. I enjoy having the all-in-one computer (I replaced a laptop with this, and I'm surprised to say that I don't miss the laptop). I don't like windows 8 (that feedback is well documented), but now that I'm more comfortable with dealing with it, it's an afterthought now, and not necessarily a Dell issue.
Summary: I think the whole system is over-complicated. Wish the typescript was bigger. It goes on and off too frequently. I actually liked the outdated Microsoft I was told would no longer be serviced.
Summary: I went with good parameters so that I don't have to change my computer every 3 years. Well, the picture quality on my personal photos was quite poor given the capabilities of today's computers. Processor works fine BUT all outside sources like portable hard drive or jumpdrive using USB port were slow loading my data into this computer. Windows 8 constantly runs programs in the back slowing me down even more.
Summary: Beware. After contacting Dell to register this desktop, i was told the warranty was not a full year since it is a REFURBISHED system. NOWHERE on the amazon site does it state this is a refurb. Very disappointed in Amazon. PC itself is good...for now...
Summary: Based on the website description, I found a Refurb Dell AIO 2330 Touchscreen PC that I wanted and called MPC to confirm that it was in fact a "touchscreen" PC. I was assured that it was and placed the order.
