Summary: Slowest dell I have ever seen, No hardware issues, pre loaded with a lot of unnecessary software. Takes ages to boot. I would not buy this again with so many other options, It does look nice and touch screen is responsive.
Summary: Microsoft has blindsided Dell with Windows 8. This op program is a piece of crap. The unfortunate thing is that I could not find a Dell product that I liked that did not have version 8 or 8.1. Consequently I returned the Dell and purchased an Apple IMac which I love. I have spoken to many many people and all the same comment Windows is a piece of s--t.
Summary: I don’t believe that Dante wrote “the Inferno.” No, Dante had bigger things in mind I believe he wrote the Dell Customer Service Instruction & Satisfaction Booklet, for Dell’s multimillion outsourced online and on-phone employees whose function it seems, is to drive the Dell buying world to drink, insanity and suicide and a life in the eternal lake of fire. Of course once you call that 800 number you are already in the lake of fire. I did not order it through Amazon.
Summary: We bought this computer last year and in January the fans started running non-stop. (Note that other reviewer calls it a "blowing noise.") We've had one repairman in who replaced the fans and shortly after, the same loud "blowing noise" started all over. After another few hours on the phone with Dell, they are sending someone to replace other parts. Don't waste your money! My daughters warned me that Dell isn't what it used to be, but I didn't listen.

Two calls into Dell, repair guy showed up and replaced the fans; one hour later they were running non-stop again (very noisy). Another round with the service guy this week to replace a couple different components, but I've spent hours on the phone with Dell trying to "problem solve" the issue.

Summary: I just received this computer and tried to load it with a new Microsoft Office installation only to find a corrupted copy had been installed in September, 2013, five months ago! Must be a used computer, which really angers me, Amazon!

Summary: Terrible experience trying to get response on my all-in-one Dell computer. The machine came in bad shape, I tried to find help from Dell, and several others, but nothing. I requested the seller to send me the original Windows 8 software to fix my problem, but they referred me to Dell. They were willing to help for a large price (I would rather buy me anothe pc than paying that amount).
