Summary: When I first received it, there were a couple of problems that had to be resolved. I wound up having to purchase software warranty through Dell in order to get one of the problems fixed. I wasn't happy with this. Other than that, the computer works great now and I like all the new features on it.
Summary: I like the computer, the touch screen works alright. When I loaded windows 8 it crashed. I can't access any of the files that I transferred from my previous computer because of a group policy error. When I called Dell, they blame it on software and want a bunch of money to fix

Summary: It crashed for no reason, after one month, & very little use. Dell first had this on record as more than a year old. when I finally showed them proof that I recently purchased it, Dell kept me on the phone for hours & wasn't able to repair it.
Summary: I have waited a couple of months before reviewing this computer, to get some use out of it. It was initially very easy to get started, it practically jumped out of the box and set itself up. Just the one power cord, and Windows 8 pre installed.
Summary: I like the all-in-one concept, I like the design, I even like Windows 8. Everything seems to work fine, except the Touch Screen stops working at least once a week. I called Technical Support and they had me update a new BIOS.
Summary: Except for a major screen issue (see * at the end), this is an excellent AIO computer. Fast, stable, silent. Solid through and through. It looks elegant on the desk. Finishing is of high quality and the overall look is one of a sturdy yet elegant machine (keyboard and mouse aside, though this is...
