Summary: Since I bought this computer in April 2014, it has crashed 4 times resulting in having to reload the Operating System 4 times. Dell has replaced the hard drive and the motherboard. It has now corrupted both of my external hard drives. This resulting in my losing all my files if Dell cannot fix the drives as promised. Technical support was great until a week ago when I was hung up on 3 tines and put on hold 1 time for over an hour. Technician has not called me back.
Summary: The 2330 is slow. It takes forever to restart. It seems to have a mind of its own and sometimes goes to sleep, as it should, and other times completely shuts OFF!!! Processing Is frequently slooww especially when accessing the internet. I also have an older Inspiron 15R which performs much quicker.
Summary: I purchased this Dell 2230 All -in -one thinking that it would be a great computing experience, since it does have the touch screen after all. I regret to inform the powers that be that I'm not particularly happy with this machine. Currently, i have spent just about all day today with Dell support trying to figure out why the touch pad no longer works. They remotely accessed my machine to do whatever it is that they do to no avail.
Summary: This will be short and sweet. This is my 3rd Dell Desktop and I've owned two Dell laptops. Getting this new PC up and running has been a nightmare. I've refused to remove my 6 year old Dell desktop until I can get this new one up and running without issues. I've had major issues getting drivers and updates to install. Support has been very helpful, but I shouldn't have to be on the telephone for hours to get a new PC up and running.
Summary: I would have to say that I am pretty disappointed in the Dell AIO 23" at this time. The machine arrived promptly as predicted and was very easy to setup. I had zero problems with it for the first 3 weeks of ownership other than one instance of it not being able to wake up from sleep mode.
Summary: The screen is over saturated. When you go to best buy and look at the 20" dell vs this one vs a HP, you can tell this one is very saturated. I went to 3 different best buys and brought one computer home and they all have the same problem. Also, when you scroll fast or move windows around, the screen gets pixelated and blurry. I think this was a step down in monitor performance vs the last all in one dell I bought. I will be taking this one back.
