Summary: Ordered this new Dell for Christmas and have been disappointed with how slow it is running to be a new computer. After talking to Microsoft and our internet provider (GVTC) they can only suggest that I take it in and pay $400.00 because only certain people can access the programs that are slowing it...
Summary: One major disappointment. I bought this model because it was advertised as Microsoft 7 not 8.Immediately realized it was Microsoft 8 and had to pay $200 to download 7. Someone installed 8 after refurbishing this computer. False advertising?
Summary: This is a nice computer, but cheap Dell does not include a regular DVD burner. There is a trial one only and you have to upgrade and buy one if you want to make anything you can watch on your DVD player. It is so frustrating!
Summary: I'm still trying to figure out Windows 7 - now comes windows 8 - the most user UNFRIENDLY windows EVER! It took me 15 minutes to try to figure out how to shut the darn thing down! I love the all in one computer - but HATE windows 8 at the moment.
Summary: The computer is very nice, but after many years, from DOS to Windows 7, I'm just not ready to learn an overwhelming change to 8. Only change I would suggest is a longer cord. With the power supply neatly affixed to the "neck" of the stand, the remaining cord to a wall socket is just to short.
Summary: Had some problems with this AIO working correctly right off the bat, Keyboard quit working (wireless) but worked after a few days and Dell also sent me another one quickly. Not sure why it quit working, thought maybe it was controller, but I think it was the USB port after all.
