Summary: Purchased All in one about a year and a half ago and it worked wonderful until one day it just stopped turning on (no power). Have noticed others have had same problem. Have had several Dell desktops over past 15 years but this one is the only one that has lasted less than 2 years!
Summary: Ordered this new Dell for Christmas and have been disappointed with how slow it is running to be a new computer. After talking to Microsoft and our internet provider (GVTC) they can only suggest that I take it in and pay $400.00 because only certain people can access the programs that are slowing it down. I refuse to pay anything more and am totally not satisfied with this product.
Summary: I've been an adamant dell user since I could afford my own laptop. However, with my newly purchased Dell Inspiron One 2020, I've been disappointed with both the sound and video quality along with the inherent difficulties of using Windows 8 (which I acknowledge has nothing to do with Dell). The overall size (22 inch monitor all in one) is perfect!
Summary: One major disappointment. I bought this model because it was advertised as Microsoft 7 not 8.Immediately realized it was Microsoft 8 and had to pay $200 to download 7. Someone installed 8 after refurbishing this computer. False advertising?
Summary: This is a nice computer, but cheap Dell does not include a regular DVD burner. There is a trial one only and you have to upgrade and buy one if you want to make anything you can watch on your DVD player. It is so frustrating! At first the DVD player itself didn't work and I had to go to the Dell site to get it fixed. Can't really recommend this computer.
Summary: I bought this computer with an Intel Core Processor Celeron thinking it would be ok with games and stuff like it. I was wrong. The Intel Celeron Processor is NOT built for gaming. It's ok for surfing the web and word processing. If you are gonna buy this computer, try to buy it with an Intel i3, i5, or i7.
