Summary: This computer was pretty slow and clunky to begin with but after a year and a half of ownership, the hard drive is failing. And Dell customer service could not have been less helpful when I explained that my warranty expired six weeks ago. Although they would gladly sell me another hard drive.

Summary: Just after you own the Dell Inspiron 2020 for one year, your computer screen will have vertical and horizontal lines. Eventually, big "blobs" of white space will appear. From everything I've researched online, this is a common problem and expensive to fix.
Different story 1 year and 3 weeks after purchase.

Summary: I had no problems with this computer which we bought for my mother. 3 weeks after the warranty expired this computer did too. Went black in the midst of using it, new power cable tried, other outlets tried. Hours wasted on the phone with Dell's non-helpful customer service. I will never buy another.

Summary: It's funny, as I write this review my Dell Inspiron desktop is still freezing up making it hard for me to type. Prior to purchasing this junk I had a Dell Inspiron Desktop that lasted me for six years and I never had any issues with it.
Summary: I chose 1 star because windows 8 is terrible to work with, very hard to undrstand and comes with very few instruction to assist you, not user friendly at all, I recommend sticking with windows 7
Summary: This desk is not registered to me and I cant get warranty services. I don't no who the previous owner is nor do I care I'm not going to jump thru all the hoops Dell wants. I'll just get another desktop but not a Dell
