Summary: I had no problems with this computer which we bought for my mother. 3 weeks after the warranty expired this computer did too. Went black in the midst of using it, new power cable tried, other outlets tried. Hours wasted on the phone with Dell's non-helpful customer service. I will never buy another.
Summary: I went from Windows XP, ten year old Dell computer, that I dearly loved but became slow and would not update my Garmin maps! So I decided to leap into the 21st Century and buy a 20" touch screen desktop which resides in my 24" wide x 6' tall "office" cabinet. It was a huge change to Windows 8 but it really wasn't that difficult and I am enjoying being wireless. No dangling wires and there is room for office supplies where I originally had my tower and compact fax.
