Summary: I have had no troubles with this product. I have a wireless key board and mouse so I kept my key board. Windows 7 was the only way for me to go as I am used to it so I had to look for one. The All In Ones are great but they all had Windows 8 which I heard was a night mare! I am not that computer literate so it is easy to navigate with this system which I am familiar with. I had a Dell years ago and I didn't have any problems with it.
Summary: bought this computer as a replacement to another desktop and I wanted windows 7 with media player so I could use the Xbox as an extender. Unfortunately the internal TV card I had on the last computer does not fit so I am in search of a new one (i use the computer as a main hub for entertainment, DVR, music and photos)
Summary: This computer has everything I would expect, but it's a bit expensive for just the tower. Very fast and appears to have a lot of memory. I would recommend it if you just need a PC and not the monitor, keyboard, mouse or speakers.

Summary: So many people go on and on about how bad Dell is, and quite frankly, I would generally agree. A decent deal came up nearly a year ago and I took a gamble with the Inspirion 620. I am shocked at how great this computer has been. I didn't want to write a review until a year later so that I would give it a chance to fail and it hasn't. I don't even have paid virus protection on my computer (I have only been using Microsoft Essentials).
Summary: This machine using the same windows 7 operating system matches closely with one I had custom made allowing me to help support my wifes use of the machine as she migrates from windows XP. Technology is rapidly outpacing my ability to keep up. I felt that a windows 8 machine would require me to start at zero base knowledge again as well.
I find this an excellent product, well packaged and straightforward to set up and use. Just expect a bite from legacy software.

Summary: The system was easy to set up and it worked (mostly) out of the box. Some problems on booting were quickly identified by Dell (who responded promptly) as a defective motherboard. They dispatched a technician to my house with a new motherboard which, it turned out, was defective as well. He returned with another new board and that cleared up the hardware issues. All of this was handled quickly and competently.
Summary: Dell Inspiron i620-1298BK Desktop very quiet and fast. But it would not load windows two different times and it had to run Startup Repair both times. I don't know what that is about. But it is good right now. If it does it again I will have to call Dell.
After several months of use, no issues so far. Suggest upgrading to 8GB of RAM

Summary: I ordered this system, with an additional 24" diagonal wide screen LED monitor and set it up in one of the two offices I work at every day. I work both on computers as an independent IT contractor and with computers as an office and accounts manager at a mid-size services company. While Dell is by far not my favorite brand of computer, this model has performed well for me over the last few months.
