Summary: I have purchased many HP computers and printers over 20+ years. I have seen a measurable decrease in HP over this time. I finally gave up on HP a few months ago and purchased this Dell to replace an almost new HP PC for my office.
Summary: very quiet and fast. But it would not load windows two different times and it had to run Startup Repair both times. I don't know what that is about. But it is good right now. If it does it again I will have to call Dell.
After several months of use, no issues so far. Suggest upgrading to 8GB of RAM

Summary: I ordered this system, with an additional 24" diagonal wide screen LED monitor and set it up in one of the two offices I work at every day. I work both on computers as an independent IT contractor and with computers as an office and accounts manager at a mid-size services company.
Summary: This is a really excellent computer for the price, I would have given it 5 stars, but there are a couple of flaws that made it only 4. Pros: 1) 6 GIG RAM, 500 GIG hard drive, 3.3 processor--i3 dual core--this thing is fast, it boots in 30 seconds and is ready to do anything about 30 seconds later.
Summary: For the price ($499) plus free shipping from Amazon this is a great value desktop PC. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Windows Experience Index rated this computer's processor at 7.1 and RAM at 7.2.
Limited upgradeability, but runs ice cold and silent

Summary: Dell Inspiron 620 Mini-Tower I ordered my Dell Inspiron 620 via Dell using a discount code, which ended up shipping out a pre-built unit. My particular 620 came equipped with the following: Intel Core i3-2120 (Dual-core 3.3 GHz, Hyperthreaded) Sandybridge 4GB of DDR3/1333 RAM (Kingston 2GB x2)...
Summary: I did a lot of research before buying this PC, as I wanted to get as much for my money as possible. After lots and lots of looking I concluded that it simply isn't feasible to build a lower-end computer for less than $500 if you intend to follow the path of least resistance and load Windows 7, and...
Summary: I am not a Dell fan, but I must say that I really like it, I am using this PC as a server, and so far so good. Great speed, handles multiple applications at one time, with no hassle. USB is upside down, but, other than that.. great PC.
Summary: I got this as a gift for my parents for Christmas to replace their previous XP pc which finally quit after 11 years. While I haven't tested it for gaming (though it plays the original Doom just fine) it is a very smooth operating PC and perfect for office and internet use.
