Summary: We bought this computer in May 2010. In December, the hard drive failed, they sent us a new hard drive under the warranty. The 2nd hard drive failed after less than 24 hours. After contacting customer service, we were told we needed a new motherboard and hard drive. Two days later a technician came and installed only a new hard drive (the computers 3rd). I called customer service to address the issue of not getting a new motherboard.
