Summary: Never buy from these people they falsely advertise and won't send you working products. First I get the computer without any cables so it's basically a giant paperweight. After emailing multiple times they finally send me a monitor mouse and keyboard but again no cables to connect with.
Dell customer service is fraudulent, misleading and a PAIN.

Summary: I want to save you time, money and frustration. We owned a Dell computer for three years with only minor issues. HOWEVER once we did have a pretty major issue Dell customer service was appalling. We were told we would have to pay a one time fix fee of $130 to take care of the issues. Ok.
