X51 16GB Ram 256GB SSD + 1TB HDD w/ nvidia gtx 760 ti

  • Summary: The Alienware x51 r2 is a "beast" of a machine. Such high quality power, delivered in a "console like" tower. I only have one complaint towards Dell( shipped my x51 after production and did not test to see if it even turned on). I was so happy that I finally recieved the alienware so you know i rushed home to open it up. It was a shame that it didn't even turn on because of dell's production team. Boo dell, Yay alienware!

X51 R2 + X51 R1 (x2)

Jeff5, Dell
4 July 2014
  • Summary: I have purchased three different X51s. One R1 for me and one for my dad. And I upgraded to the X51 R2, and passed off the R1 to a friend. They have all been very good gaming systems. I prefer NVidia cards, with the GeForce Experience. I was able to upgrade the R1s video cards with no troubles at all. They both had the OEM 555, and I added 660's to those systems. I have not needed to upgrade the 670 to 760i in the R2.

  • Summary: My fiance and I's computer finally crapped out on us, and this came to the rescue. It's about the size of a gaming console, which is pretty neat.
  • Pros: Small, easy to store size. Great accessibility and quiet
  • Cons: Mid to Lower graphics settings

  • Summary: I do love my new system. It goes beyond a normal PC. The speed of the the system is wonderfull. Plus the extra options of changing little things like the color of the case or keyborad is just a fun touch.
