Summary: I've had this computer for over a year now and it's been working fantastically. A bit pricey compared to what can be built from scratch. However, the chassis along with Alienware's custom lighting software, AlienFX, makes for an impressive, unique, and beautiful display.
Summary: Im 72 years old and I have been playing the game of Wow for 6 years, The last computer a bought it said it was a top end gameing computer and I had problems with it. When I started looking for a new computer i looked on line and ask the friends i played the game with and I kept going back to Alienware, I liked what it looked like and the way you could build your own on line. When I got the computer i was impressed with its looks and the great features it has.
Summary: I bought this machine, obviously, to play the newest games at ultra settings. It performs flawlessly with anything I throw at it. The large solid state drive keeps load times at almost null and the GTX690 renders everything the way it's meant to be seen. The only complaint I have about the machine is about the Dell setup crew. They only overclocked one of the six cores on my processor. Easily remedied but a bit annoying.
Summary: I've always built my own computers because I've been able to put together a system within my budget for half the cost than I could purchase. This time around when I was ready I couldn't beat the price. The system is as good if not better than one I would have built for myself at a cost that I couldn't achieve. Great system, great graphics, excellent performance.
