Summary: I had it 3 days before the graphics card/motherboard burned up. Very disappointed. I understand things can happen with shipping, so if Dell had replaced the machine I would have been happy. Wish I would have received more help with product replacement before I got totally frustrated. I returned it, sadly. I gave it a more average review, because I didn't pay for average performance. I'm quite sure if you get one that works, you will be thrilled, however.
Summary: I love my ailenware i really do, and i love what you guys do. but since ive had mine for a year i have had problem after problem, with video card failures, usb driver failures, audio failures, windows failures. that is my only concern. i paid lots of money for this. too much i think. i believe i could build a computer just as good for half the price you guys sell, but i did get alot of cool free tech support and nifty programs so thats a plus.
Summary: I want to begin this review by stating that the Aurora r4 certainly looks sharp... and that may be ultimately it's downfall. The customization for look and feel is wonderful,you have great personalization with case lighting features. now, since I opted for standard instead of the alx, I do not have the heat-louvers, but just an open grate. I think that is better serving, because it allows heat to rise unchecked... but airflow for the case seems stifled.
