Worked for a while....

Summary: I purchased this model from walmart.com 11 months ago. The first thing the died was the keyboard. it just quit working one day. The second was the house, it was stuck on "click" mode and highly annoying. I routinely take the side panel off to clean the fans. Until the last time I cleaned it, it worked great. I only had it crash one time(while trying to do a system restore to recover deleted files)but I had a back up disc so It was ok. now it wont do anything.
Summary: I purchased this system specifically for gaming. This system was highly disappointing the performance of this pc is the same as any other. Upon opening the packaging I was surprised to find several internal computer parts inside the box. After using the system for a few days it crashed on me because of faulty parts. I called tech support and waited for 1 hour and was told someone would call me to set up a date for them to pick up the system and service it.
Summary: I seem to have no luck with computers I buy from amazon. I got the computer. I knew there would be trouble when I opened the box. Lots of unidentified extra pieces and the only documentation was a technical manual. Plugged it in and Zip. No Video, called customer service, no answer. Reboxed and sent it back. Got a full refund from amazon. That was all good. Cost me 30$ for shipping that amazon didnt cover.
Summary: I had them custom build me a computer it arrived perfect but within 3 days the nightmare began it was shipped back due to a system crash they had it over two weeks it came back and within 2 days the same thing. when it came back to me the third time the case was damaged I told them on the phone before shipping back but when they received it they told me that they would fix the computer but not the case.
