Summary: ASUS M51AC-US002S Intel Core i7-4770, 16GB RAM, 2 TB HD with Nvidia GT640 is a great desktop. Fast, efficient and with plenty of power and storage for almost anything a home or home office would want to do. Even play games! . Has plenty of space for Windows 8.1 pro and MS Office 2013 plus anything else you may want as apps. Was very easy to install and also has a plethora of ports both 3.0 USB and 2.0 USBs as well as able to accept camera and video cards.
Under powered graphics, under powered, and limited expand ability.

Summary: I have had generally good results with asus products and this is no exception if you're willing to live with its limitations. First off, my mistake, this system does NOT have a wireless adapter. Somehow I missed that in the description. Secondly, the Nvidia GT 620 is too under powered for anything other than business graphics or SD movie watching.
Summary: The fastest machine I've ever been on. No disks were sent with the operating system, bummer. A few links on how this new (to me) operating system works would have been very helpful. (Still learning.) Never did receive the warranty contract.
Summary: AT FIRST I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT MY COMPUTER WAS NOT WORKING! HOWEVER, MY EPECTATIONS WERE HUGELY EXCEDED BY BOTH AMAZON & ASUS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES! I TOLD THEM ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AND THEY BOTH HELPED TREMENDOUSLY! GREAT STUFF WITH GREAT SUPPORT: THAT'S AMAZON & ASUS! LOVE IT! GREAT JOB! I AM PROUD TO SAY THAT I USE AMAZON FOR MY PURCHASES, AND THAT I HAVE AN ASUS COMPUTER!!!! WHEN AMAZON GOT WIND OF MY SITUATION, I HAD A NEW COMPUTER THE NEXT DAY!
After a Couple of Months... I'm a Bit Disappointed

Summary: I held off until I had a chance to really use my new computer for what I wanted to use it for and I believe that I'm finally ready to write this review. I did a good bit of research before I chose this computer. I primarily wanted something more powerful and faster than my Acer 4GB RAM and Intel processor laptop I'd been using for the last 5 years now and most of that was because I am a musician and producer and create all of my music using my computer.
Summary: We have had one for 5 months. Generally pretty good value for the money as packages systems go. But... If anything, I mean anything goes wrong during warranty, you will have to ship it to Milpitas at your expense. I know. The HDD on ours is one of the infamous crop of poor reliability Seagate 2TB drives. After 4 months it began acting up causing system and application hangs and failures to reboot.
Cons: Support and warranty...forget about it. Month 5...HDD failing, corrupt. Recovery USB disk would not load. ASUS will not provide OS (W8.1). They said they would exchange HDD if bad. I bought new W8.1 and new HDD. Now they say they wont replace bad HDD.
