Cheaply built, dumb case, terrible warranty support.

  • Summary: This machine is a shame because before this I really liked ASUS. I run 2 servers at work with ASUS boards, my laptop is an ASUS, but I'm appalled at how I was treated when this cheap computer broke. The case is completely stupid. They tried to hide the on/off button and the 'open' button for the DVD drive, and it does makes them hard to find, but it also sucks because the on/off button is on the top corner and every time you need to move the computer a few inches you...

  • Summary: I have a M11BB with AMD a10 and I thoroughly enjoy using this machine. I play League, ArcheAge, and other MMORP/MOBA games and I have never had a problem for the 6 months of ownership. I would recommend ASUS to anyone interested in purchasing a reliable, affordable, and capable personal computer.

I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PIECE OF ELECTRONICS FROM AMAZON!

Charles Porretto, Amazon

  • Summary: This unit started to go bad when the card reader stopped worming, then some USB ports quit working. I purchased an extended warranty, two years, to find out it does not kick in for seven more months. Amazon said they will charge me 20% of the total price, plus shipping to see about having it fixed. Leaving me with NO computer. I would not recommend buying a computer from Amazon, ever!

My client really liked this computer

  • Summary: My client really liked this computer. The AMD A8 is no Core i5 (probably somewhere between Core i3 and Core i5 performance), but it was a good value for the price.

has more weird bugs than a organic garden.

  • Summary: I had high hopes for this computer. This computer was about $100 cheaper than anything comparable and with a $50 rebate I thought it is a steal. well I think I was wrong. The Bad 1st: the HDMI on the computer confuses your computer monitor for a TV and it does not unitize your entire monitor regardless of your adjustments, customer support does not know how to fix it they blamed it on Dell.

this is a budget pc and it performs better than expected

  • Summary: I might have expected a few more bells and whistles coming from Asus, this is a budget pc and it performs better than expected. I would say dependability is a good reason to buy an asus PC.

THE WORST computer I have ever had

Barbee Gee "Barbee", Amazon
15 September 2014
  • Summary: ASUS computer is very good. I had trouble with mine. After 6 months my hard drive crashed... but, they told me to return it and I did and about 4 days later I had it back. Very fast. Their customer service is good. I complained here last month. ASUS reported (below) and they got me back up and running.
