Summary: I received the desktop and everything was fine, really enjoyed the big 1080p screen, much better than what I used to have. The problem started when I installed Windows 8. Once the installation was complete the touchscreen didn't work anymore! I'm not really tech savvy so I don't really know what to do. I went to their website to see if I could download some drivers but I didn't see any for Windows 8. If anyone knows what to do please help!
Great computer, but Asus service needs to be improved

Summary: I have been a big fan of Asus products for about 10 years now. I ONLY buy Asus computer because they are truly the most reliable hardware manufacturer and make very high quality products. This computer is awesome, it has USB 3 ports that make my life as a computer technician so much easier, it's fast, the screen is beautiful, it looks sturdy and professional, and does everything right. However, the Asus support line is simply horrible.
Summary: Three weeks after getting this computer out of the box we notice the space bar and enter key stick. Doesn't seem like a big thing so we call Asus to ask them to send another. Asus customer service asks us the send the entire computer back. Really? Just for the keyboard? This is a business computer. Waiting over a week to send the entire computer to them and wait to have it sent back is not possible.
