Summary: I purchased this All-in-One in 2012 from a big box retailer. My webcam quit working the first week I got it and the big box retailer was kind enough to take it back and give me a new one. Fast forward. I have had nothing but problems with this computer. The webcam keeps shutting off. For anyone with this problem, you have to enable the webcam. For one reason or another, the webcam becomes disabled.
Summary: The Webcam quit working in about 3 months. Technical support on the phone couldn't fix it. He asked me to send it in for repair which would take at least a few weeks, and I need to cover one way shipping.
Poor support. Poor Quality control, Definitely not people orientated!

Summary: I bought this computer in July of 2012. I have had a few problems with it but none I couldn't surmount. UNTIL YESTERDAY. I happened to notice that my hard drive had been partitioned from the factory as most of them do. But, They had put "c" drive on only 80 gigs and they had put "d" drive on the large partition of 365 gigs. This is contrary to what my other computers (I have 5 f0r my home business) have.
Summary: I ordered the Asus ET2410IUTS and received it promptly from amazon. I started the setup process, connected to my network, several drivers were updated, music played and then NOTHING! Windows never booted. The disk would spin for a few seconds when I'd power cycle and the screen would glow white. I shipped it back to Asus, they replaced the system board, and returned it within a few days. I start it up again.
Summary: I bought my ASUS a year ago and have lost my hard drive 3 times. I've sent it to ASUS where they wiped my hard drive clean (without asking), called them many times and filled out 3 feedback papers telling them how much I hate this computer. They have never contacted me. I've asked if I could talk with someone and the answer is "no".
