  • Summary: There is no Windows 8 disc to go with the PC, because I may need to reinstall the Window. 1. The Window 8 has many problems: I have no touch screen, so the home page of the Window 8 is not very helpful. 2. Many functions are hidden, so I have to spend a lot of time to hunt for what I want. 3. The sleep mode is not responsive, I can not wake it up, therefore, I have to force it to shut down and power it up again. 4.

  • Summary: I bought this computer from Best Buy and approximately a week after the year warranty it basically died. I called ASUS and after a long wait on the phone they could not help. Their tech support is a worthless, knowledgeable, untrained and lack any computer experience to answer the simplest of questions. So, I replaced the power supply with a 600 watt high end unit, since the original was only 350 watts and considered under powered for running additional external devices.

Terrible

  • Summary: This computer locks up for no reason. It happens a couple times a month. I've researched online and discovered that this is not an uncommon problem with Asus desktops and the Asus company has never found a solution. I'll never buy another Asus PC.
