Summary: Great computer, I love it! It is so fast, it's just unbelievable from where I was to where I am now. The only thing I wish I would have got was the wireless network card, because there are only 4 2.0 USB ports and two of those are for the Keyboard and mouse. So only 2 left. One for the printer and then only one more...Hmmm what do I plug in? Oh yeah, did I mention those two are also located in the front.
Summary: This computer is a great gaming computer. When overclocked and a bit of tweaking, it can run BF4 on max settings. (I just use BF4 as a benchmark because it takes the most CPU). The only problems I faced where with the power supply. I upgraded mine just because when I play for multiple hours it shuts off. But overall its a great computer. I also wished they stated whether Windows 8 was a 32 or 64 bit.
Summary: Always used ASUS motherboards and accessories so why not try a desktop? Well turns out the craftsmanship might be a problem. Appeared to be DOA and there was a "VOID WARRANTY" sticker on the case if I opened it (weird, thought that stuff ended 10 years ago for PC's) but I reseated the RAM and the machine powered on just fine. Gave me a good scare! Works great though once I got it going. We'll see how well it works for how long.....
Summary: Brand new out of box, turn on setting up Windows 8. Freezes. Totally. Hard Restart. Get a little further with setup. Freezes. Same thing. Fourth try actually got through to logging in and being able to view the desktop (had to select log in with Windows Accounts online, which I didn't want to do...). Work a little bit, freezes. Hard reset. Again, again and again, same thing. This computer is useless, I'm on the verge of returning it.
