Summary: Based on what I know of computers, which is somewhere in between not limited and not substantial, this computer is excellent. I bought this all in one over other all in ones because it had HDMI and VGA inputs to allow for multiple screens. It turns out that at this size this is not entirely needed, but I want another monitor and this will allow me to expand the desktop.
Asus Guilty of False Advertising - Amazon Purchased Equipment
April August, Amazon
20 March 2011
Summary: I was so excited to buy my Asus All in One PC. They brag about their Media Center with the remote and transceiver that enables users to work from across the room. After spending hours and hours and hundreds of dollars getting my IT consultant to customize it for me.. 'lo and behold'.....the transceiver and the remote COULD NOT keep their handshake. Thus, my remote was useless. So, I called Amazon...expecting a quick solution (a new remote and transceiver.
Summary: While I will admit that I have been mostly pleased with this PC that I purchased in December of 2011; today I learned that Asus cannot be trusted to offer support for what they sell. After much research of All-in-One PCs I found that many models being sold at the time did not have Blu-Ray disc players, most having a standard DVD player. In order to take advantage of the high definition screen I wanted a Blu-Ray player.
Summary: I'm an IT manager. I work with hundreds of PC, tablets, laptops, etc. Up until this past year I've always been a big fan of ASUS. I've been buying a lot of ASUS products this past year for my new employer and I look extremely bad because of it. 3 laptops, 2 motherboards, 1 tablet, and this piece of junk (ET2400XVT). Every single one has had hardware problems or BUGS, they have no intention to fix. Just Google ASUS Support and see for yourself all the complaints.
