Summary: As much as I love macs, my PowerMac G3 All-In-One was a piece of crap. It froze all the time, had little memory (I couldn't install OS X), etc. However, I believe this was partly my fault, as I bought it used. I am now setting my sights upon a NEW G4 iBook.
Summary: I have used this and still prefer PC. Mac's are not very user friendly in the first place. It does not provide a good platform for programmers. It serves well for multimedia purposes and desktop publishing, but for regular PC users and programmers, the Mac G3 is a no go.
Summary: With Apple introducing new computer models this past convention, the old grey G3 prices have been heading downward, making the 400Mhz G3 a fantastic steal. Sleek casing, great graphics and hands down the best operating system make this bad boy a good buy. Plus, the price of a system, monitor, and printer can now come out to be a little over $1,500. Thus, there is no reason to buy a PC instead.
Summary: This is an excellent computer because I enjoy its ease of use. It comes with tons of features and has all I really need in a computer. I also like the look; very stylish. It is definitely a grabber.
